Bring the stories of Krishna to life with your colours!

• This is a SOLO event.
• Open for participants aged 4–9 years (two age bands: 4–6 and 7–9).
• Theme will be based on Krishna / Janmashtami subjects.
• Coloring sheets will be provided on the event day.
• Participants must bring their own stationery — pencil colours, crayons, or sketch pens.
• Children are advised to wear aprons to protect their clothing.
• Participant should write their name and age on the back of the coloring sheet.
• Duration: approximately 45–60 minutes.

Dress as Radha or Krishna and walk the divine ramp!

• This is a SOLO event.
• Open for participants aged 4–9 years (two age bands: 4–6 and 7–9).
• Participants must dress as Radha or Krishna only — Janmashtami theme.
• Each participant will perform a 1-minute ramp walk on stage.
• No dialogue delivery is required — the walk and costume are all that matter.
• Costumes inspired by movies or non-Vedic interpretations are not permitted.
• Parents/guardians may assist young children with costume preparation before the event.
• Judging is based on costume authenticity, overall appearance, and presentation.

Create a beautiful rangoli inspired by Krishna and Janmashtami!

• Open for two age groups: Group A (Ages 10–12) and Group B (Ages 12–16).
• Each team must have exactly 3 members.
• Duration: 45 minutes.
• Maximum rangoli size: 3 × 3 feet.
• Participants may bring their own colour powders or materials.
• Participants may use templates or stencils — freehand designs are also welcome.
• Theme must be based on Janmashtami / Krishna / devotional subjects.
• Rangoli must be completed within the time limit — no extensions allowed.

Act it out — no words, just expressions and gestures!

• Open for two age groups: Group A (Ages 10–12) and Group B (Ages 12–16).
• Group A themes are based on Ramayana and Mahabharata characters and scenes.
• Group B themes cover a broader range of Vedic and devotional content.
• Content and word bank will be sourced from the Heritage Fest Question Bank.
• Teams act out words or phrases without speaking — teammates guess the answer.
• Exact team size, rules and format will be communicated to registered participants.
• Team size is 3 members
• Judging is based on acting clarity, expression, and the team's guessing accuracy.

Fill the air with devotional melodies and bhajans!

• Open for all age groups — classified into Group A (Ages 7–12) and Group B (Ages 12–16).
• Each team must have 5–6 members.
• Compositions must be devotional in nature — bhajans, kirtans, or Vedic hymns.
• Musical instruments are allowed to accompany the vocal performance.
• Duration: 5–7 minutes. Teams should introduce themselves before performing.
• Movie songs, film-based compositions, or non-devotional content are not permitted.
• Costumes and coordinated presentation are encouraged.

Dance with joy — celebrate culture and devotion!

• Open for all age groups — Group A (Ages 7–12) and Group B (Ages 12–16).
• Performances may be an authentic folk dance from any Indian state, OR a devotional dance.
• Movie imitations or film-style choreography are strictly not permitted.
• All music and costumes must reflect the cultural or devotional theme.
• Duration: 5–7 minutes. Teams should briefly introduce their dance style and origin.
• Team size for dance should be between minimum of 3 to a maximum of 8 students
• Costumes should be culturally appropriate and respectful.

Test your knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita — spoken by Krishna Himself!

• Open for participants aged 12–16 years only (single age group).
• Questions are based on Chapters 1 and 2 of the Bhagavad Gita.
• Study reference: Bhagavad-gita As It Is — available at Prabhupada.org.
• Questions will cover shlokas, meanings, key teachings, and philosophical concepts.
• It is a team event of exactly 3 children
• Format (written/oral/buzzer) and timing will be communicated to registered participants.
